Thank you for your great customer service for someone who was. ordering out of state. All of my experiences with dialing an 800# for flowers has not been the best. Honestly, this was the BEST. Purchasing was easy and the flowers were beautiful. The florist had to substitute some flowers for another kind so the arrangements are not always identical to the pictures but the one we ordered was even more beautiful than the picture. The florist did an amazing job to keep it as close as possible and it was delivered on time and we were notified by email of delivery.

I didn't realize that the funeral home had this service. My original online order was wanting to substitute flowers. I opted to order straight from the funeral home to present flowers on time. They came through with what they promised in less than 24 hrs. Thank you!

Flowers were beautiful it was for my brother funeral. From mother and family. It was missing banners that supposed to said beloved son and brother. Missing all. For occasions like this they should not be missing nothing or contacted if any issues came up. I was never contacted by business for any replacement or changes. I was charged for items also.

As far as ordering … suggestion would be to review the ease of ordering particularly in regards to the field lengths. I needed to input the signature field in the card field due to character length restrictions. There was also a fairly low character length restriction on the card field. Thank you!

The florist fix not have the above arrangement that I ordered and I was contacted within 30 minutes of ordering of this. The replacement flowers were beautiful and the flowers arrived on time.
